Sushil Mantri buys majority stake in realty PE firm Azure Capital

Bangalore-based realtor Sushil Mantri, who runs a property development firm called Mantri Developers Private Limited, has bought a controlling stake in Azure Capital, the investment manager for real estate-focused private equity fund India Realty Fund I. Mantri bought the stake in his personal capacity.
