PE-backed Grameen Koota in talks to raise over $9M in next round

Bangalore-headquartered microlender Grameen Koota is in talks to raise around Rs 50 crore ($9.4 million) in its next round of equity funding, two sources privy to the development told VCCircle. A trade name for Grameen Financial Services Ltd, it had recently raised $4 million (Rs 22 crore) through subordinated debt.
