Ashith Kampani to start own proprietary trading firm

JM Financial’s Ashith Kampani, younger brother of Nimesh Kampani, plans to start his own proprietary trading firm with his son Chaitanya. Ashith, who quit JM and its board in June wants to develop a technology platform that helps increase the liquidity in the Indian equities market, the 47-year-old told VCCircle.
