Yuma Energy, a battery-swapping network, Kepler Aerospace, a space infrastructure and mission operations company, Zenergize Technologies, a deep-tech company, DocPharma, a prescription-compliant quick commerce supply chain platform for healthcare, xStep, a neurotechnology company, among other startups, have raised fresh funding to fuel their growth.
Yuma Energy, a battery-swapping network, has raised $35 million (Rs 332 crore) in a Series A funding round from Magna International, one of the world's largest automotive suppliers. The company’s battery-swapping network is focussed on delivering energy solutions for electric mobility.
It will use the proceeds to expand its battery-swapping network, broaden its customer base across EV users, fleet operators and OEM partners, and advance toward its goal of achieving EBITDA-positive operations by FY27.
Kepler Aerospace, a space infrastructure and mission operations company, has secured $8 million in a seed funding round led by Blue Ashva Capital, a deeptech-focussed private capital platform. Finvolve India Accelerator and other investors also participated in the round.
The fresh capital will support the development and deployment of Kepler’s next-generation space-based persistent Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) capabilities while scaling its mission operations and avionics-as-a-service businesses.
Founded in 2018 and based in Bengaluru, the startup builds scalable space and ground systems for strategic, defence and commercial missions. Its capabilities span satellite avionics and subsystems, ground infrastructure, mission operations and space-based intelligence.
Zenergize Technologies, a deep-tech company, has pocketed $4 million in a pre-Series A funding round comprising equity and venture debt. The round was led by existing investor Giraffe Studios, with participation from industrial entrepreneurs including Nikhil Sawhney of Triveni Turbine, Varun Agarwal of Ellenbarrie Industrial Gases, Shyam Bagri of Bagrry’s Holdings, Raoul Bajaj of Trafigura, among others.
The startup develops indigenous Silicon Carbide (SiC)-based power electronics, designs and manufactures advanced power electronics products. Its portfolio includes solar inverters and AC and DC EV chargers, with chargers ranging up to 240 kW,
DocPharma, a prescription-compliant quick commerce supply chain platform for healthcare, has bagged $2 million in a pre-Series A funding round led by Equentis.
Existing investors 100Unicorns, Vinners, an angel investment network, and a consortium of strategic angel investors also participated in the round.
The company will use the capital to build 100 new compliant, licensed dark stores as it expands to over 50 cities, deepening its supply chain infrastructure.
Founded by Saquib Ali, Shashank Rai and Sagar Chauhan, the startup provides prescription-compliant quick commerce infrastructure for healthcare businesses.
xStep, a neurotechnology company, has raised an undisclosed amount in a funding round from Titan Capital.
The firm will deploy the capital towards commercial expansion across India, manufacturing scale-up, clinical evidence generation, and regulatory approvals in domestic and international markets.
xStep has developed a non-invasive neurorehabilitation platform for people living with neurological disorders such as cerebral palsy, stroke, spinal cord injury and multiple sclerosis.
Minimac Systems
Minimac Systems, an industrial deep-tech company, has raised Rs 30 crore in a funding round led by Rainmatter by Zerodha, with participation from select venture capital firms.
The company, founded by Anshuman Agrawal, designs and manufactures miniaturised fluid-treatment systems for lubricant lifecycle management, reliability, and circularity. Minimac has been bootstrapped and profitable since inception.
It will use the funds to advance deep-tech R&D in next-generation miniaturised treatment infrastructure, fleet automation, and fluid analytics; scale its Recycling on Wheels offering through regional hubs across major industrial clusters, serving mid-sized plants as well as large industrial groups and, over time, aggregating unrecoverable oil for registered re-refiners; and strengthen the commercial, digital, and operational backbone required to scale Lubricants as a Service.
Jagdish Farshan
Jagdish Farshan Pvt Ltd, a namkeens, sweet and snack brand founded in 1938, has secured Rs 43.5 crore in Series A funding in its first institutional round of funding.
The round was led by Sharrp Ventures, the investment office of Harsh Mariwala, founder and chairman of Marico Ltd, alongside a group of angel investors.
Jagdish Farshan currently operates 27 retail outlets across central Gujarat, and two outlets in North America. It now plans to expand into new markets across India.
The funds will be used for geographic expansion, manufacturing and supply-chain capacity, retail and institutional distribution, technology and digital commerce. It also plans to grow its product portfolio across traditional snacks, namkeen and sweets, while investing in capabilities.
72 Street
72 Street, a research analyst-led platform, has secured Rs 4 crore from angel investors and ultra-high-net-worth individuals.
The company operates an investment research platform combining SEBI-registered research and AI-powered market analysis through Venty, its AI-powered stock market researcher. It publishes research-backed recommendations for investors to read and act on. It was set up in 2025 by Rohit Agarwal and Fal Ghancha.
72 Street plans to expand into F&O, model portfolios, commodities, and mutual funds, building further on Venty’s capabilities.
Aeron Systems
Aeron Systems, a deep-tech startup, has closed its pre-Series B funding round, bagging Rs 45 crore.
The round was jointly led by Riverwalk Holdings and MGF-Kavachh (MountTech Growth Fund).
It will use the capital to scale its manufacturing capacity, product innovation and global growth.
Aeron Systems, founded in 2008 develops advanced navigation, weather sensing and intelligent monitoring solutions for aerospace, defence and industrial applications.

SpeakX, an app helping users build confidence in spoken English, has got cricketer and former Indian Captain MS Dhoni an investor in the company.
The company, started in 2024, offers personalised and practical learning and uses AI to help learners practise English in situations relevant to their everyday lives, moving beyond conventional lessons towards real-world communication. The platform has already reached over one crore learners, with 10 lakh subscribers added in the last six months. The company is planning to expand beyond the biggest metros.
