The retail and non-institutional investor portions were subscribed 1.12 times and 0.85 times respectively, while the qualified institutional buyers segment was subscribed 1.03 times, the data showed.

The IPO comprises a fresh issue of shares worth 2.87 billion rupees and an offer for sale of up to 41.56 million shares by existing investors, including controlling shareholder Starfish, owned by SoftBank, and Nexus Venture Partners.

The issue closes on Tuesday and the shares are expected to begin trading from October 5.

The listing comes during a resurgence in India's primary market as fundraising activity has picked up in the second half of 2026 after geopolitical tensions curbed issuance in the first six months.
