SMERA Ratings, a credit rating agency for the micro, small and medium enterprises, has appointed Sankar Chakraborti as its Chief Executive Officer.
Chakraborti succeeds Parag Patki who stepped down as CEO effective July 14, 2014, the company said in a statement.
SMERA Ratings is a joint venture between Small Industries Development Bank of India (SIDBI), Dun & Bradstreet and leading public and private sector banks.
