Real Estate QIPs Of FY10-11 In Doldrums; Can Realtors Turn The Tide?

The fast-rolling wheels of the booming Indian realty hit a muddy trough a couple of years ago and the industry is yet to come out of it. Although private equity investors are still infusing capital into project-level SPVs, real estate firms are finding it a tough sell to raise funds. But that’s old news. What’s new is that some of the public-listed firms are beginning to test the waters again.
