Power Gummies founder Divij Bajaj

Aesthetic Nutrition Pvt Ltd, which markets and sells chewable dietary supplements under the Power Gummies brand name, has raised an undisclosed sum as part of a bridge funding round.

Investors in this fresh exercise include Agility Venture Partners, consumer-focussed DSG Consumer Partners, and startup incubator and accelerator Venture Catalysts, Power Gummies said in a statement.

The company says this is the third time it has raised funding this year. In January, it raised capital in a pre-Series A round that was led by DSG. Then, in April, it raised another sum from Venture Catalysts as an extension of that round.

Power Gummies was set up by Divij Bajaj in 2018. The company markets and sells dietary supplements in a chewable form, with products focussed on hair and nail-care.

It will use the capital raised in this bridge funding round for product research and development, as well as building out its team and marketing its new line of products under The Beach Body, which is focussed on weight management.

“With the current funding raised, we aim to grow our operations by 6x more this year and further launch products in various variants, focusing on different health and wellness categories and segments,” Bajaj said.

Power Gummies’ fundraise in January came just months after VCCircle reported that the startup had raised $100,000 (Rs 70 lakh) from Alfa Ventures in its seed round of funding.
