MindTickle, Turtlemint lead VC funding as they get big cheques this week

California- and Pune-based MindTickle raised a whopping $100 million in a new funding round to lead the venture chart this week. This was followed by Turtlemint as the online insurance platform attracted a significant cheque led by GGV Capital.
