What Abhinav Srivastava’s Aadhaar hacking says about startups and data privacy

Abhinav Srivastava, an IIT graduate whose company was acquired by cab-hailing firm Ola, has been arrested for hacking the government’s Aadhaar database. Ola has denied any involvement in the hacking, but the incident raises important questions about data privacy, ethics and the startup culture that rewards risk-taking and success at all costs.
