VCCircle launches apps for Android phones and tablets; iOS apps coming soon

24 October, 2013

Dear Reader,

We are excited to announce the launch of VCCircle mobile application for Android phones and tablets (click here to download now). These apps can be downloaded from Google Play, the official store for android applications. The iOS version of the apps will also be available in a week or two on Apple’s iTunes Store.

The apps would be free for downloading, and as a user, you would have access to over 150 articles at a time. The premium articles would be available to only the premium subscribers who need to login with their premium account login and password.

We have kept a minimalistic design to give you a clean look; you can pull down the screen to refresh for fresh articles being posted every hour and on some busy days for us every minute. The articles would be cached so that you can read them when you are offline too.

Besides our news stories, the apps provide easy access to latest columns, blogs and our video section VCCTV. In addition, the apps allow for easy ways to share content (via email, Facebook and Twitter) and for readers to comment on a published content.

Tablet users can switch between Portrait and Landscape views, suiting their convenience.

It would be great to get your feedback as we meld technology to enable easy access to our content bouquet. So please get back to us if you spot any bugs or have any comments to share on our app.

Click here to download the Android app.
