Realty Firm DMC Acquires Test Prep Firm

DMC International Ltd has acquired test preparation firm Trump & Gates for a cash consideration of Rs 5.65 crore. DMC is a listed company engaged in the real estate business. The share price of the firm was up by more than 6.5% today, closing at Rs 15.45.

Delhi-based Trump & Gates provides training for various entrance and main examinations such as Actuarial Science, GATE, IES, PSU, MBA, GRE, GMAT, IELTS, TOEFL etc.
