Today, angel and early-stage investing has become a mainstream activity in the Indian investment ecosystem, and good businesses and teams are getting funded like never before.
With this new-found trend further enhancing the quality of businesses and expanding the scope for entrepreneurs across the country, the VCCircle network is back with the 4th edition of its exciting India Angel Summit 2013, to be held on July 17-18 at The Lalit, Mumbai.
In its new avatar, India Angel Summit, a 2-day initiative, will be the country’s largest platform for early-stage entrepreneurs, prominent angel investors and various seed stage investing groups who will come together, listen to exciting pitches, network and do deals.
On the first day, we will take our participants to the offices of some of India’s best venture capital funds and established startups (rather, proven companies) for interactive workshops and end the day with cocktails and a networking party.
The 2nd day will be loaded with exciting keynotes, debates and special sessions involving 25-plus speakers including top entrepreneurs, early VC and angel investors, hosting topics such as: scaling a startup to a world class company; tackling the scarcity of Series A; bootstrapping versus venture funding; attractive sectors for entrepreneurship; preparing your company for funding; how new-age, successful companies acquired growth; hiring tech co-founders; building the right team for your company; secrets of lean marketing; India’s strong accelerators and mandatory legal framework when starting up, among others.
