The Indian arm of international property consultant DTZ International Property Advisers Pvt Ltd has elevated Aniruddh Wahal as MD of occupier services, transactions; Anuj Nangpal as MD of investor services and VS Sridhar as director of occupier services.
Wahal, who joined the firm in September 2010 as director, will help in the growth of P&L in this new role. He will also be responsible to grow the occupier client base and support them with the entire gamut of DTZ services as an ELT member. Prior to joining DTZ, he was working with Jones Lang LaSalle.
Nangpal has been working with the firm since October 2006 as co-head of investment advisory and will now focus on broad-basing the investor client segment (institutional and private) and finding opportunities to service them. He will also focus on incubating ‘market intelligence services’, a new offering which will focus on serving client need for data and analytics. Nangpal has also worked with the companies such as Cendant, ICICI Bank and NIIT Ltd.
Sridhar has been working with DTZ as a city head for Chennai for over two years. In his new role, he will be responsible for driving growth for DTZ in the city cutting across service lines. Sridhar will continue to pay his previous roles too. Earlier, he was working with Colliers International and Jones Lang LaSalle Property Consultants India Pvt Ltd.
