Mobile gaming studio Spill Games, spacetech startup OXG Space, pre-owned goods marketplace Circle, RocketPay and RevRag AI have raised early-stage funding from various venture capital firms and angel investors.
The AI-led mobile gaming studio has secured $10.5 million (about Rs 100 crore) in a Series A round led by Elevation Capital, with participation from existing investors Centre Court Capital and Peer Capital.
The company plans to deploy the fresh capital towards launching new games, portfolio expansion, user acquisition, technology and AI capabilities, and hiring.
The startup was set up in 2024 by former PlaySimple Games operators Om Misra, Tapan Ranjan and Harsh Garg. It is building free-to-play casual, puzzle and hybrid-casual games for global audiences.
The company says it takes a systems-driven approach to game development that combines AI, proprietary technology, data and rapid experimentation to help a small team move from game concepts to market validation and global scaling faster.
Circle
Circle, a managed customer-to-customer (C2C) marketplace for pre-owned goods, has raised Rs 25 crore in seed funding. Nexus Venture Partners led the round, the startup said in a statement.
Existing investors Titan Capital and Raveen Sastry, co-founder of Myntra, pitched in again while Ajith Pai, COO of Delhivery, joined the round as an angel investor.
Circle said the funding will accelerate its expansion beyond Bengaluru. It will invest in AI-powered pricing, discovery and verification to simplify listing, improve the customer experience and scale efficiently, alongside expanding its so-called Trust Hubs and logistics network.
Circle was founded in 2025 by Chirag Kataruka and Ankit Misra. Kataruka previously held leadership roles at Mu Sigma and Swvl while Misra was a product leader at Jupiter Money and previously founded Chase. At Circle, Misra drives product, growth and business, while Kataruka leads operations, customer experience and strategy.
OXG Space
OXG Space, a Bengaluru-based spacetech startup, has raised Rs 17 crore in a new round led by Aum Ventures from its India Innovation Fund II.
The round also saw participation from Pawan Kumar Chandana and Bharath Daka, co-founders of Skyroot Aerospace, and Dr. Chiran Phanindra, founder of Cosmoserve.
The startup is building edge cell towers in space for Earth-observation (EO) satellites. Its orbital network combines 5G non-terrestrial network-inspired connectivity with in-orbit computing so that EO data can be relayed, processed and fused in space and delivered to the ground as intelligence in near-real time. It was set up by former ISRO engineers Akash Shetty and Sanjay Gorur.
OXG Space will use the capital to support Mission Synapse, its 12-month programme to demonstrate its core technologies in orbit.
RocketPay
RocketPay, a digital collections infrastructure platform, has secured Rs 10 crore in a funding round led by Sandeep Jain, who is the co-founder of Tradeswift, a stock broking firm.
The round also saw participation from Inflection Point Ventures, LetsVenture, Launch Capital, AVNM Ventures and Navyug Global Ventures, alongside existing investor All In Capital.
“This fundraise marks an important transition for RocketPay from building technology that helps lenders collect more efficiently to building infrastructure that can support the entire recovery lifecycle of financed assets. Our goal is to make recovery more efficient, transparent and technology-led while helping lenders expand access to credit without compromising portfolio quality,” said Rishav Dokania, co-founder and chief executive.
The startup, founded by Dokania, Arpit Bajpai, Ishan Sharma and Kishor Chabbadiya in 2022, helps lenders to automate and improve their collection rates.
RevRag AI
RevRag AI, an AI agent platform for the banking, financial services, and insurance (BFSI) sector, has raised $2.5 million (about Rs 24 crore) in a seed round led by Accion Ventures.
Cedar Hill Capital, Wyser, and Venture Catalysts also participated in the round, the startup said in a statement.
The startup will use the capital to fund product development, enterprise deployments and expansion into the US.
RevRag AI builds multilingual AI agents for banks, non-bank lenders, fintech and insurtech companies that act as relationship managers for their customers. Customers can plug these agents directly into their workflows to run digital onboarding, sales and support, helping companies cut drop-offs and grow revenue at lower cost.
