Levi’s, Live In settle trademark dispute out of court

Homegrown Federal Brands Ltd, the owner of Live In jeans, and Levi Strauss (India) Pvt Ltd, which owns the iconic Levi’s India brand, have decided to opt for an out-of-court settlement over Levi’s use of the prefix ‘Live In’ for its global marketing campaigns.
