It plans to use the capital to expand manufacturing capacity, strengthen R&D, grow its dealer and service network, and accelerate new electric mobility products as OSM evaluates a potential public market listing.

OSM currently operates 150 touchpoints across India and plans to increase this to 250 by FY28. The company is expanding beyond its established electric cargo three-wheeler business into passenger mobility, premium electric two wheelers and electric light commercial vehicles.
