Sharma, a 15-year legal veteran handling civil and regulatory disputes, previously worked at Jindal Steel and Power, Interglobe Enterprises and J Sagar Associates.

Gupta, who has experience in regulatory litigation, dispute resolution and more, was previously principal associate at law firm DSK Legal.

Founded in 2003 by Hemant Sahai, HSA Advocates is a full-service law firm with offices in New Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru and Kolkata. Its practice areas include corporate mergers and acquisitions, private equity, banking and finance, projects, infrastructure and energy, taxation, regulation and policy.

In September, HSA Advocates merged Atman Law Partners with itself and brought on board Chinmay Mirji, managing partner and founder of Atman, as a partner.

In March this year, HSA Advocates had hired Link Legal’s Rajdeep Choudhury as partner.
