They are essentially aimed at encouraging consumers to stay connected with a brand and buy its services or products again and again. One way to measure the efficacy of loyalty programmes is through redemption of points. A panel of industry executives at the News Corp VCCircle India Loyalty Conclave 2017 discussed the strategies that can result in higher redemption of points.
