Exclusive: India Equity Partners hires banker to exit education firm

Private equity firm India Equity Partners (IEP), which has not made any investment in a new company since 2012 as it seeks to find buyers for its stake in a bunch of portfolio firms, is staring at another gloomy exit, a person privy to the development told VCCircle.
