Full-service law firm DSK Legal has hired Anuja Tiwari as a partner to bolster its infrastructure and projects practice.

Tiwari will join DSK's Delhi office from Trilegal, where she worked for around a decade and served as a counsel in her most recent role.

She dealt with projects work and renewables in particular, handling risk assessment, pre-litigation strategy, regulatory advisory, transaction structuring, and drafting projects-related contracts and documents.

In the recent past, she has also worked in the insolvency and restructuring advisory space.

Tiwari also has legal experience with respect to battery storage, mini-grids, e-mobility, and urban infrastructures such as solid waste management, public street lighting and healthcare.

Her previous jobs included stints as a secondee with Allen & Overy, Singapore and Meenakshi Energy Pvt. Ltd.

"We are very excited to have Anuja on board and are confident that she will add tremendous value to our growing infrastructure and projects practice," said Anand Desai, managing partner at DSK Legal. "Her experience in the space will greatly help us.”

Earlier this month, DSK Legal had promoted Chandrima Mitra, Hemang Parekh and Pritha Jha to salaried partners, taking its partnership strength to 15.

DSK has 12 equity partners and three salaried partners. In addition, seven people are partner-designates.
