Packaging startup Yantra Packs, lab-grown diamond maker Ekatra Retail, nano-coating startup Invisel, sneaker brand ZAYDN, and healthcare infrastructure company Tross have raised funding.
Meanwhile, fleet technology company Fleetx.ai has acquired Pando.ai.
Gurugram-based reusable packaging startup Yantra Packs has raised Rs 12 crore ($1.2 million) in a seed round from Caret Capital, as it looks to expand its asset-pooling network across India and strengthen its technology platform.
The company said the fresh capital will be used to expand its reusable packaging asset pool, increase its presence across key manufacturing clusters and develop its technology platform Trakkia. The funds will also go towards strengthening asset management, logistics and maintenance infrastructure and expanding the team.
Founded in 2020 by Vipin Battu and Karan Saharan, Yantra Packs provides reusable pallets, crates, containers and other returnable transport items to enterprises through static hire and transit hire models.
Its Trakkia platform tracks asset movement and utilisation, manages asset lifecycles and provides supply-chain planning capabilities. The company operates a packaging-as-a-service model, allowing businesses to access reusable packaging without owning and managing large asset pools themselves.
The startup currently has more than 30 enterprise customers and over 250,000 containers in active circulation across eight warehouses and more than 100 customer touchpoints spanning key manufacturing clusters in India.
Ekatra Retail Ventures has raised Rs 10 crore in a strategic investment at a valuation of Rs 100 crore. Undisclosed strategic investors participated in the round.
The startup said the capital will support brand-building, retail expansion and product innovation across India and international markets.
Founded by Pavitra Gandhi, Ekatra grows and cuts its own lab-grown diamonds and holds four patented cuts, including the 108-facet Shristi Ratna, alongside proprietary hollow gold construction technology.
IAN Angel Fund led a Rs 4 crore funding round in nanotechnology-based home surface protection brand Invisel, marking the company's first external funding. The round included participation from BeyondSeed and FAAD Capital.
Founded by Atharva Ulangwar and Sumedh Yeolekar, Invisel manufactures invisible nano coatings that protect everyday home surfaces, including glass, tile, fabric, leather, marble and metal, from stains, hard water damage and everyday wear.
Homegrown sneaker brand ZAYDN has secured $681,000 in a seed round led by Inflection Point Ventures to scale inventory and production capacity, strengthen working capital, expand performance marketing, and accelerate growth across D2C and marketplaces, including Myntra, Amazon, and Nykaa.
Zaydn was founded in 2022 by Ankit Dass and Vidushi Chaudhary. Headquartered in Delhi, it focuses on creating design-led, comfortable and accessible sneakers for Gen-Z consumers.
Tross, a healthcare infrastructure company building the API and data layer for AI agents, has raised an undisclosed amount in its pre-seed round led by All In Capital, with participation from DeVC.
The company is building infrastructure that enables AI companies to connect with and operate across electronic health records (EHRs), payer portals and other legacy healthcare systems in the US.
The startup plans to use the capital to accelerate product development, expand its engineering team, build additional EHR and payer integrations, and deepen its presence in the US healthcare market.
Fleetx.ai, Pando.ai
Fleetx.ai, a fleet and logistics technology company, has acquired transportation management system (TMS) provider Pando.ai for an undisclosed amount.
Through this acquisition, customers will gain access to a unified, AI-native platform spanning the entire journey from fleet visibility to freight execution, with AI agents working across the stack to replace the disconnected systems that have long defined physical operations, the company said.
