Weekly roundup on deal-making in charts

Epsilon Venture Partners, Zodius Technology Opportunities Fund and Omidyar Network lead venture capital dealmaking in the week gone by.

Epsilon led a $23 million Series A round of funding in data centre and cloud services provider Pi Datacenters. Zodius Technology Opportunities Fund, along with Matrix Partners, invested $11.1 million in Series B funding in online business-to-business marketplace OfBusiness. Omidyar Network, Accel India and Elevar Equity invested $10 million in a Series B round in fintech startup Indifi.

In the M&A space, Claris Lifesciences Ltd agreed to sell its injectables unit to US-based Baxter International Inc. for $625 million in the biggest deal during the week.

Online pharmacy 1mg, operated by Bright Lifecare Pvt. Ltd, acquired Angels Health Pvt Ltd, which runs e-hospital service provider Mediangels. Mumbai-based digital marketing firm Mogae Media acquired Ngage, the ad-tech platform of Nimbuzz BV, for $5.92 million in an all-stock deal.
