Tulip Telecom appoints advisor to raise fresh funds to repay outstanding FCCBs

Tulip Telecom Ltd is looking at raising funds through foreign currency convertible bonds or FCCBs to repay its debt that comes for redemption in August. The telecom company has appointed Elara Capital Plc. to  help it raise the required amount.
