Social media marketing solutions company At (logo: @) has raised $330,000 (Rs 2.3 crore at current exchange rate) from angel investors, the firm said in a statement on Monday.

The angel investors include Anupam Mittal, founder of People Group, which owns and runs online matrimony site Shaadi.com, real-estate platform Makaan.com and mobile media portal Mauj.com, among others.

Other investors include FineWinesnMore.com founder Dharti Desai and 8finity Global Ventures LLP co-founder Hardik Zaveri, At said in its statement. Mittal and Desai are first-time investors, while Zaveri has invested again.

At said the funding would be used to increase the capabilities of its technology platform, as well as expand marketing efforts. Founder and chief executive Armand Poonawala said the investment would help increase the firm’s appeal to a global audience. “With a client base of about 50 in just two years, the bulk of our business now comes from India,” he said.

Mittal said that his investment was based on At’s potential to grow into a large company because of its focus on “intellectual property and scalability”. He added, “To see a company led by a very passionate team helping brands navigate these waters is very exciting.”

At, owned and run by Crave Information Pvt. Ltd, is headquartered in Mumbai and counts among its clients Shaadi.com and skincare company Organic Riot. The company says it provides solutions to small, medium and emerging companies, offering services such as content scheduling and delivery, graphic design, ad management and influencer marketing.
