New Delhi-based law firm Juris Corp has appointed Aninda Pal as corporate partner in its mergers & acquisitions (M&A) and private equity (PE) practice from November 2015, according to a statement.
Pal, a 2005 graduate from Symbiosis Law School, Pune, will join Juris Corp’s Mumbai office.
His areas of practice include mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate restructuring, private equity and venture capital.
Before joining Juris Corp, Pal was a counsel at Trilegal where he was working since 2007.
In his previous roles, Pal has been involved in transactions including cross-border acquisitions.
