How are limited partners balancing portfolios and managing risks?

Limited Partners (LPs) have tried a mix of investment strategies for India. These include making direct bets, co-investing and forming investment platforms. What is working best and why? How do they approach these deals? And what risk management processes have they put in place?

These questions were addressed by a panel on portfolio balancing and risk management at the VCCircle India Limited Partners Summit 2020 in Mumbai last month. The panel included senior executives from Triodos Investment Management, Canada Pension Plan Investment Board, Siguler Guff and ICICI Venture.
