Freshworks, Toppr attract most VC attention this week

Steadview Capital's acquisition of a minority stake in software-as-a-service unicorn Freshworks Inc. for $85 million via a secondary transaction created a buzz in the venture capital industry this week. The big Series D funding pocketed by Toppr also grabbed attention as it came close on the heels of its competitor Vedantu getting a huge cheque itself just last week.
