Bengaluru-based deeptech company DheyaTech, which develops small gas turbine engines, has raised Rs 43 crore ($4.4 million) in funding led by Avaana Capital, with participation from Unimech Aerospace and Manufacturing.

The capital will support production readiness, testing capabilities and customer deployments. Founded in 2018 by aerospace engineers with experience at GE Aviation and Rolls-Royce, DheyaTech is developing gas turbine engines ranging from 20 kgf to 400 kgf of thrust for advanced aerial mobility and energy applications.

Its technology includes fuel-flexible and hydrogen capabilities. The company has received confirmed orders from Indian and global OEMs, and is targeting flight trials of its engines in the fourth quarter of 2026.

The firm plans to use the funds to scale production, establish an integrated testing facility, and work with customers to accelerate deployment.

AI-enabled metal procurement platform Enlight Metals has raised $1.5 million (Rs 14.3 crore) from US-based investment firm Exar North Group at a valuation of $10 million.

The investment will support technology development, procurement capabilities and expansion across the metal procurement ecosystem.

The company said its AI-led platform has reduced end-to-end transaction processing time by 75%, inventory costs by 30% and operational overhead by 60%, while cutting supplier matching time from five-seven hours to less than three minutes.

Enlight Metals is targeting a revenue of around Rs 1,200 crore in the next financial year and plans to drive growth through customer acquisition, geographic expansion, new dark stores and greater adoption of AI-led operational efficiencies.

The company currently operates facilities in Pune, Mumbai and Raipur and plans to expand to Ahmedabad and Indore.

The fresh capital will also be used to advance its agentic AI capabilities and expand its technology infrastructure. The company expects to complete the transaction in the coming weeks.

The company plans to use the fresh capital to strengthen the team, deepen its technology and expand into industrial clusters, including Bhiwadi, Manesar, Bawal, Noida and Bahadurgarh.

Founded in July 2024 by Kshitij Puri and Gaurav Asthana, the company matches manufacturers with verified workers based on skills and availability, enabling deployment within two hours.

The platform currently has more than 10,000 registered workers across 20-plus skill categories and counts Lenskart, Munjal Kiriu, Asahi India Glass, Jubilant Foods, Epack Durables, PG Technoplast, Hanon Climate, Bidso and Talbros Auto Components among its clients.

Nutraceutical ingredients company Nutriventia has received an undisclosed strategic growth investment from healthcare and wellness-focussed investment firm NDude Labs.

The capital will support clinical R&D, expansion of its branded ingredient portfolio and proprietary delivery platform across global markets, and the establishment of a dedicated commercial team in the US.

Nutriventia’s portfolio includes TurmXTRA for joint health, CaffXtend for mental alertness, Melotime for sleep, Ashwanova (Prolanza) for stress relief and C-Fence for long-acting vitamin C, with ALAXTRA also set to launch.

Nutriventia’s ingredients are currently supplied to formulators and wellness brands across the US, Europe, Australia, South Korea and Japan. The company said it will use NDude Labs’ operating support and cross-border capabilities to expand its commercial infrastructure in international markets while continuing to develop its delivery technologies focussed on bioavailability, stability and dosing efficacy.

The firm plans to use the fresh capital to support Ecosys’ expansion across e-commerce and quick-commerce channels, consumer education around laundry pods and the development of new laundry formats. The company said laundry pods are used by roughly two-thirds of US households and four in 10 UK households, compared with less than 10% in India.
