ChrysCapital ups stake in Federal Bank as HSBC exits

ChrysCapital has increased its stake in Federal Bank while British banking major HSBC has exited the private sector lender by selling its 4.98 per cent stake for Rs 342 crore. ChrysCapital, which already held 1.41 per cent stake as of June 2012, has picked up less than 1 per cent stake in the latest transaction for Rs 47 crore.
