Wealth-tech company Centricity, nanotechnology-based home surface protection brand Invisel, and skin health venture Brilliance Cosmocare have raised funding in separate early-stage rounds, the companies said.
Centricity, a wealth-tech company, has raised Rs 280 crore ($29.3 million) in a Series A funding round comprising equity and debt.
The round was led by SMBC Asia Rising Fund, with continued participation from existing investors, including Lightspeed India Partners, Burman Family Office, Amit Patni Family Office’s RAAY Investments, and the family office of Ask Automotives Ltd’s Kuldeep Rathi. Venture debt platform Stride Ventures and Innoven Capital also participated.
Centricity said it will use the capital to strengthen its proprietary technology stack, expand its B2B2C wealth distribution platform, accelerate the growth of its private wealth and NRI-focussed global private client businesses, and deepen its presence across domestic and international markets.
Founded in 2022 by seasoned private bankers with leadership experience across institutions including Citibank, Deutsche Bank, Kotak and 360 ONE WAM, the Gurugram-based startup previously raised $4 million in pre-seed funding in 2022, followed by an $18 million seed round in 2024.
The firm is building an integrated wealth management platform that empowers independent financial advisors, family offices, and high-net-worth investors through proprietary technology, open-architecture advisory, and a comprehensive suite of investment solutions across mutual funds, PMS, AIFs, insurance, bonds, broking, GIFT City offerings, and global investments.
Invisel, a nanotechnology-based home surface protection brand, has pocketed Rs 4 crore in its first external funding round, led by IAN Angel Fund and BeyondSeed, with participation from FAAD Capital.
Invisel was founded by Atharva Ulangwar and Sumedh Yeolekar in November 2024. The Pune-based company manufactures invisible nano coatings that protect everyday home surfaces, including glass, tile, fabric, leather, marble and metal from stains, hard water damage, and everyday wear.
“This round lets us do three things we’ve been unable to do while bootstrapped: scale up our manufacturing and R&D facility, deepen the formulation science with senior research talent, improve marketing and distribution across online and offline channels, and take the Invisel brand to households across the world,” said founder and CEO Ulangwar. “We’ve grown to over 60,000 customers without external capital and while remaining profitable. With this investment, our focus is on building this new category from scratch and becoming the category leaders.”
Brilliance Cosmocare, a skin health venture, has secured $200,000 in a seed funding round from a group of family offices and institutional investors. The company did not disclose the names of the investors.
Brilliance Cosmocare was set up by aesthetic surgeon Ashok Patel and technology entrepreneur Satyapal Chandra. It is building preventive, evidence-based anti-ageing and longevity care solutions for Indian skin and hair.
Currently, the company runs a diagnosis-first clinic in Andheri West alongside a doctor-formulated product line. It is also developing an AI-powered longitudinal Skin Record platform and a preventive nutraceutical portfolio.
The company said the fresh capital will fund clinical infrastructure, support product development for its preventive care pipeline, and help expand its Skin Record data platform.
