InstaOne says its platform provides end-to-end solutions to enable retail and distribution networks with a seamless experience across channels. Gabbardeals founder and chief executive officer Niraj Raka said the move will also help the company accelerate to its goal of becoming a leading player in the Indian retail market.

“India has a widespread network of small retailers across the country. We at Gabbardeals are creating a new digital retail model, which blends the online and offline worlds seamlessly,” Raka said.

The PNR Commerce Services Pvt Ltd-operated Gabbardeals says it operates on a franchise-owned-franchise-operated and company-owned-franchise-operated model. It says that more than half of its retailers on its platform come from Tier-II towns and beyond, and that it operates tools including local-language chatbots to enhance the consumer experience.

According to VCCEdge, the data research arm of Mosaic Digital, the company raised funding from startup incubator and accelerator Venture Catalysts. At the time, it said it would use the capital to ramp up its operations, expand its services and expand its partnership network.
