Three-year-old ValuePro was set up by a group of friends— Santosh Kumar Singh, Sanjib Banik, Vishnu Galla and Mukesh Goswami. Singh is an MBA in Marketing and also holds a PG in portfolio management, while Banik is a PG in Marketing from IMT Ghaziabad. Galla is an alumnus of Vellore Institute of Technology (Tamil Nadu).  Goswami comes from a business community.
