Facility management co ValuePro buys indoor plants firm Gardenia Ornamental

ValuePro International Pvt Ltd, a Bangalore-based company that offers facility management, employee transportation and supply chain solutions, has acquired city-based indoor plants firm Gardenia Ornamental for an undisclosed amount.

VCCircle had first reported the impending deal last month.

This acquisition enables ValuePro to provide indoor plants solutions to its existing as well as new clients. Post-acquisition, Gardenia and its team will be part of ValuePro. Going forward, ValuePro will integrate Gardenia with its business.

“Most indoor plants placed in the campus by the corporates are rented ones. Since we are already into facility management, this acquisition will help us extend our services to all our existing clients and offer single window solutions in the space of facility management,” said Santosh Kumar Singh, co-founder and CEO of ValuePro.

Three-year-old ValuePro was set up by a group of friends— Santosh Kumar Singh, Sanjib Banik, Vishnu Galla and Mukesh Goswami. Singh is an MBA in Marketing and also holds a PG in portfolio management, while Banik is a PG in Marketing from IMT Ghaziabad. Galla is an alumnus of Vellore Institute of Technology (Tamil Nadu).  Goswami comes from a business community.

ValuePro’s key offerings include facility management, employee transportation and supply chain management. It has partnered with various companies (mainly IT & manufacturing firms) in the country to offer the services. ValuePro has offices in Bangalore, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Chennai, Nagpur, Vapi and Delhi.

ValuePro plans to reach Rs 100 crore in revenue by FY17.

Set up in 1991 by D V Narendra, Gardenia offers indoor plants solutions to various companies. The firm claims to have around 60 clients across industries.
