Corporate Finance Associates (CFA), a middle-market investment banking services firm in North America, has strengthened its presence in India.

CFA India has roped in Girish Narasimhan, formerly executive director at IndiaCo Ventures Ltd, as managing director leading the team in India.

The company, which started its India operation through CFA India, has also opened two new offices in Maharashtra, one in Mumbai and the other in Pune, said a company statement.

CFA India will provide financial advisory services for business valuations, capital sourcing, and corporate restructuring to its customers. It will also assist national and international strategic and financial buyers in acquisitions of privately-held companies.

CFA eyes a good growth prospect in India as it is one of the fastest growing economies in the world, added the company.
