The company said it plans to use the fresh capital to expand into the US and international markets, develop its technology platform, and grow its engineering and research teams.

BioStack is building a data infrastructure network that connects fragmented clinical records across the US, India, Brazil and Argentina, with access to more than 100 million de-identified patient records. Its platform combines clinical notes, laboratory results, medical imaging, medications, treatments and patient outcomes into longitudinal records and multimodal datasets for medical AI development, clinical research and drug discovery.

The company claims it has combined hundreds of thousands of X-rays, MRI and CT scans with millions of telehealth audio transcripts and other clinical records to build datasets for training and evaluating healthcare AI models.
