Oil India Ltd (OIL) and Indian Oil Corporation (IOC) have jointly acquired stakes in Carrizo Oil & Gas Inc’s (Carrizo) liquid rich shale assets in the Denver – Julesburg Basin in Colorado for $82.5 million.
