About The Founder
VC Circle was founded in November 2005 by Sahad P V. He has spent close to 10 years as a journalist with India’s premier publications. Prior to VC Circle, he was a senior journalist with Business Today, a leading business magazine. He has spent about six years in India Today Group, and was part of the founding team of TheNewspaperToday.com, Today (afternoon tabloid), besides Business Today. Prior to this, he was a staff writer at Business Standard.

He started his career as a correspondent with Global magazine, an export-import business title of Spectrum Magazines, which also published A&M, in the late 1990s.
He had his first brush with entrepreneurship in 2000, when he co-founded a B2C education portal. The project was one of the finalists of McKinsey India Venture 2000 Business Plan Contest.
He is a post graduate in International Relations from Delhi’s Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU). He also holds an M.Phil from JNU.
