Logistics Software Company Four Soft Plans 2 Or 3 Acquisitions

Four Soft Ltd, a Hyderabad-based transportation, logistics and supply chain management (SCM) software products company, is planning to make “at least two to three acquisitions” in a year’s time, reports DNA. It will look at companies in the verticals the company is present in already. It’s already close to making the first acquisition in Europe (possibly UK) which is in the range of $5-10 million.

Palem Srikant, CEO and managing director, Four Soft, told DNA Money, “We are talking to a couple of companies and expect to finalise the details before December.” The acquisitions in the transportation and logistics space may be smaller, but it’s looking at a larger buy in the supply chain management space in the next one year.

Last year, Four Soft had acquired DCS Transportation and Logistics Solutions, a UK-headquartered transportation and logistics software solutions major. It also acquired Singapore based Comex Frontier Pte Ltd. [Read more in DNA Money]
