Metavante Picks Up 11.5% Stake In ICICI OneSource

US-based Metavante has picked up 11.5 per cent stake in ICICI OneSource, a Mumbai-based BPO, for an undisclosed sum. The acquisition is through a combination of primary infusion and secondary purchase. ICICI OneSource had revenues of $123 million for the last fiscal year. Metavante is the financial technology subsidiary of Marshall and Ilsley and one of the top three bank technology and payment processors in the US. I-OneSource has investors like Temasek Holdings and WestBridge Capital Partners, besides ICICI Group. [Via The Economic Times]
