Global alternative investment firm KKR is negotiating with billionaire brothers Malvinder and Shivinder Singh, promoters of Fortis Healthcare Ltd and Religare Enterprises Ltd, to invest in their private holding firm or in the hospital business, separate media reports said on Thursday.
