More taxing to the ear?

Finance Minister Arun Jaitley used the 'tax' almost twice as many times in his budget for the fiscal year 2016-17 compared with his first budget in 2014 but the two speeches had three of the five most-used words in common. Not surprisingly, tax was among the words used for the maximum number of times.
