Who will dare to buy Air India?

State-run carrier Air India is on the block. But the sale isn’t taking off. The national airline has been making heavy losses, has massive debt on its books and is surviving on taxpayers’ money. The government’s strict bid conditions aren’t helping, either. Not surprisingly, no potential buyer has come forward thus far.
