What does Infy gain from its biggest overseas acquisition

Hailing Indian software giant Infosys’ decision to acquire Zurich-based Lodestone Holding AG for $350 million (CHF 330 million), analysts said that it will help expand its footprints into new markets, besides increasing expertise in the consulting space in general and the consulting & systems integration (CSI) space in particular.
