Speciality Restaurants may look to acquire a bakery chain

SAIF Partners-backed Speciality Restaurants Pvt Ltd, which runs a chain of fine dining eateries with brands like Mainland China, Oh! Calcutta, Machaan, Sigree, is looking at acquiring a bakery chain or a quick service restaurant (QSR) chain to expand its portfolio. The company also runs brands like Flame & Grill, Haka, KIBBEH, Kix, Shack and a confectionary brand, Sweet Bengal.
