Shapoorji Pallonji plans to raise up to $72M by selling Chennai IT park

Shapoorji Pallonji Real Estate, the realty division of the engineering and construction major, is planning to raise Rs 350-400 crore ($72 million) by selling its Information Technology (IT) park in Chennai, sources privy to the development said.
