Sequoia-backed HNG to sell 17% treasury stock to PE investors

Kolkata-based glass manufacturing company Hindusthan National Glass and Industries Ltd. (HNG) is looking at selling its treasury stock of around 16.7 per cent to private equity investors, two people involved in the discussions said. According to them, the company has appointed investment banks JP Morgan and IDFC Capital to find investors.
