Samsung struggles to fend off twin attacks from Xiaomi and Jio

South Korean electronics giant Samsung is facing twin challenges in India’s mobile handset market. Samsung has lost its crown as the top smartphone seller in India for the first time in six years, outsold by China’s Xiaomi. It has also lagged behind Reliance Jio in the feature-phone segment.
