Fiduciary-Euromax Capital Markets Ltd–a joint venture between Fiduciary Global, a Mumbai-based boutique investment bank and London-based Euromax Capital, an investment banking boutique offering cross border deal solutions particularly in emerging markets–has roped in two senior hands from PINC Research, a Mumbai-based financial services company.
Sailav Kaji has joined the company as director – institutional equities & chief strategist while Anand Kuchelan joins as vice president – quant research at Fiduciary-Euromax Capital Markets.
Kaji was head of derivatives at PINC Research while Kuchelan was a senior analyst in-charge of derivatives strategy. They bring around 20 years of experience in equities, derivatives and quant research to the company.
With Kaji and Kuchelan on board, Fiduciary-Euromax targets rapid expansion of its business in the fields of merchant banking, portfolio management and institutional broking over the next one year, added the company. Apart from M&A, it offers services such as capital raising, private equity, structured finance and international debt.
