Indian financial services group Religare Enterprises Ltd has appointed Jasmine Arora as Director, institutional and investor relations, based in New Delhi.
It has also appointed Deepak Chhabria as President, Asia Pacific, Religare Hichens Harrison, and he will be based out of Singapore. Jasmine joins Religare from UBS AG, London, where she was director, wealth management.
Chhabria joins Religare Hitchens Harrison from Collins Stewart Pte Ltd where he built an equities business across listed equity capital markets and private equity. He joins the organisation as a key management team and will lead the institutional sales in the Asia-Pacific region, the release said.
JM Financial hires Fixed Income Execs From Bank of America Merrill Lynch
JM Financial Services has hired three senior exectutives from Bank of America Merrill Lynch India to shore up its fixed-income business. Nimesh Kampani-founded Indian investment bank
The firm has hired Sanjeev Bajaj as an MD who will head fixed income, and will also look after JM's operations in Dubai and Singapore. JM Financial has also hired Shashwat Belapurkar as an MD to head debt capital markets, sales and trading in fixed income, reports FinanceAsia. Dhiraj Dave will join the Mumbai-based investment banks's asset reconstruction company as an associate director.
