Rajesh Jaggi joins Everstone as managing partner

Everstone has appointed Rajesh Jaggi as managing partner for its real estate business. An alumnus of Boston’s Babson Business School, Rajesh S. Jaggi, 43, has over 13 years of expertise in real estate business and, most recently, was the managing director of Peninsula Land.

Jaggi also served as the managing director of Peninsula Realty Fund and head of Peninsula Facility Management Services Private Limited.

Some of the projects developed under his leadership include commercial projects like Peninsula Corporate Park, Peninsula Business Park, Peninsula Technopark, residential projects like Ashok Towers and Ashok Gardens and retail projects including CR2. He also led the Ashok Piramal Group’s mall management activities and headed Crossroads.

The Everstone Group has approximately $1.7 billion under management of which over $1 billion has been invested till date. Everstone has a team of 125 people working across five offices overseeing real estate investments and developments of approximately 30 million square feet across retail, residential, commercial and industrial warehousing space, said the company.

Everstone also has a joint venture (Realterm Everstone) with North America’s leading industrial real estate investor Realterm Global for Industrial Real Estate in India.
